Modular Hardware

The Emcraft i.MX 8M Mini System-On-Module (SOM) is a miniature module (50mm x 50mm) that combines the NXP i.MX 8M Mini multi-core application processor with 1 - 4GB LPDDR4, 4 - 64GB eMMC and a WiFi / BT module on a single board. It features up to four Cortex-A53 processor cores running at 2GHz and a Cortex-M4 core at 400MHz for low-power and real-time operation, with 1080p video encode and decode, 2D and 3D graphics, display and camera interfaces, multi-channel audio and advanced I/O connectivity.
